Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. The full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in and checkout

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 12:00 PM unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing by the hotel. Front desk service ends at 10:00 PM.

Pets

Rooms 9–12, 14, 49–52, and 58–97 are identified for pets; an undeclared animal may result in a penalty.

Smoke-free property

Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms. Cloudbeds lists a $200 non-compliance fee.

Damage

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the card used for the reservation when damage is identified.

Booking terms

The rate, taxes, availability, and conditions displayed before confirmation in Cloudbeds take precedence.
